The room layout was spacious and inviting. The indoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to relax and swim some laps. The breakfast options were also good, with a variety of choices, made for a satisfying start to my day.

understaffed for serving at Least one tour bus. No coffee at 6:15 and still no coffee at 6:35 what's with that? Entry card from parking lot back into hotel was trying. Eventually we got the door open. It was a consistent challenge.

I appreciated really awesome employees!
Sincerely, it was a great stay on a mini vacation. The location was marvellous in a fairly nice area, near multiple restaurants and many stores and restaurants. Also, this hotel was located 2 miles away from Gillette Post Office.

The new bar is a little down market for the place. Needs a better decor and better choices for happy hour.

Our room was littered with dead bug carcasses. The wall paper was coming off the bathroom wall, the bath tub was rotten underneath and you felt like you were going to fall through the tub. The A/C did not work. I asked to move rooms and was given the room next door. The A/C worked. However, still dead bugs and the bed made a horrible sound with the slightest movement. So used a towel to quell most off the sound.

During our time at Red Lion Hotel, we faced several issues. The bathroom had cleanliness concerns, such as stains on the bathtub that were quite off-putting. The air conditioning in our room also did not function properly, which severely hampered our overall experience.

The hotel was well-maintained, and clean, and the location was fantastic here on business with BNSF railway.
The area was quite dirty.

It was just a suitable option for a short layover in Gillette with very good value for money. The indoor pool area had a pleasant vibe, an unexpected bonus. Pro tip, make sure to check the pool hours as they may vary.
